      I can work independently. without pressure and organizing projects. good vacation. team work with graduates. direct contact with customers face to face and on the phone.

      Cons

      should feel immediately autonomous and take responsibility. create a monthly budget and staff check every week.

      Pros

      It is a family apart from a business: I think that there are only few places in the world where you can feel considered as a human being more than a simple "resource". If you are passionate and you care about the business you can be satisfied and rewarded in a proper way.

      Cons

      It is a small company (10 employees plus 4 partners) and so it can't give you an international breath and potential experiences, the one I am looking at in this moment of my life.
