I appreciate the experience I received and enjoyed the relaxed environment. Coworkers were great and have a lot of potential. Learned a lot, but it was mostly trial by error due to lack of training and resources available.
Cons
Favoritism and management egos are off the charts. No real training or structure so you can end up a jack of all trades but a master of none. Know when to leave.
