The team is great and I've met some really lovely people during my time at Iconic

Cons

There is a bit of a clique mentality and while the top dogs are very hands-on and social, sometimes they can come across as a bit pushy and chauvinistic

Cons

Unqualified HR - does not know how to handle issues or complaints. Very unprofessional. Needs training. unfair divide between departments Uncompetive salary No opportunity to progress unless you've friends in 'high places' Company only cares about awards and asthetics Training is needed in all departments.

Bad pay, Poor HR, Badly Managed, Head office are very cliquey and unwelcoming, Everybody is fake, The only way you will progress in this company is if you're are liked by head office
