Self centred Management people thought they were creative and open minded, but they have never noticed their poor communication skills with staff. A lot of times their creative ideas did not present well to the rest of the company which makes people hard to follow. Employees could only guest what the management wanted to accomplish. Don't ask any question if you don't want to get scolded. By the time you figured out what to do with the management's direction, they have already come up with a new direction. This cycle keeps going on and on.

Employees are taken advantage of. Overworked and underpaid, given high expectations, little resources and rushed timelines for projects. Lack of experience in most departments as CEO would rather hire one person to do 6 peoples jobs rather than pay for experienced people use their skills. Morale is always low because no one feels valued. Everything is due yesterday. Many staff have anxiety once working here. No one ever gets bonuses, no benefits, bad health insurance. Anyone who has worked here can see that these positive reviews are fake, probably written by staff on command to make company look better.
