I couldn't have picked a better place to work - the people are fantastic, smart and dedicated while the executive leadership listens, implements ideas, rewards great performance and seeks feedback from all levels to positively grow and improve. I 100% trust our leadership to make decisions in the best interest of the company with uncompromising integrity.

Cons

Like any new company, we have to walk before we can run. It's not always easy, but when missteps happen, we recognize them, find a solution and learn from mistakes.
