Salary issue appraisal not on time

Salary is not credited on time. There is delay without updating proper timeline. It has been 4 months since my last working day. My full and final settlement is not processed. I am chasing the hr in email but no proper response on timeline.

Frequent changes in internal process which is cumbersome and not focused.

Coming to cons.... 1. Work life balance is worse than worst, they will expect you to answer the call at 1am ,there will be only work balance, not work-life balance (Forget your life if you are in this company). 2. Don't expect the appraisal in your life if you are working here 3. Even if they start the appraisal process and make you fill out the self rating forms, it will be forgotten in few weeks and there wont be any discussion on this and this repeats every year. 4. They will give salary hike once in a blue moon like 3 or 4 years to all the employees which is too low only to make you stay. 5. They will make you work on weekends and even on your day offs 6. There wont be any bonus or incentives or anything, for diwali you can expect the gulab jamun or 1k coupon. 7. Even if you contribute so so much, you wont be get recognized or get any benefits.

1. For now there is cons about the company

1.low pay 2.if you are contract employee they will remove you exactly on the hike month 3.loss making company

Process needs upgrade and has to work with current industry standards

No leadership connect and low opportunities
