Supportive and beginner-friendly. company's commitment to diversity, this is a very multicultural environment and immigrants feels welcome. A good place to start. However, turnover is high, so expect many of your colleagues to change jobs within a short period of time. The company seems to be fine with this, as they have an efficient training system that helps new employees get up to speed and take over the work quickly.
Cons
Low salary, and the workspace aesthetics could be improved. The common area feels more like a factory than a biotech company.
