Pros
The mission is A+ and there are some great people who work there. Prior to covid, there used to be great travel opportunities which were great. Citibike discount is nice.
Cons
The CEO seems more interested in getting credit for herself than actually enacting or realizing any long term strategic vision. The management team is a mess - nobody wants to take responsibility for making a decision and there is no sense of shared objectives. What good talent there is is often underutilized or mismanaged. Junior staff are poorly paid and not offered opportunities for growth. There is very little investment in employees. There is tremendous waste of potential.
