      Pros

      Great work/life balance, respect and independence in doing your job. Amazing and inspiring colleagues that are passionate about their job, believe in being able to make a difference and are determined in doing so. Passionate for technology, high attention to quality, some of the greatest minds in the field work here. Weekly perks like fruits, ice cream, pretzels etc

      Having evolved from a small company to a medium size business, there are some challenges in standardizing the processes and keeping them running smoothly across the organization.

      - salary lower than the market's average - unprofessional behavior everywhere - lack of essential hygiene (soap, toilet paper) and drinkable plain water on the floor, most of the time
