      Pros

      I have been working at ISCS Technologies as a Software Engineer. Opportunity to grow and learn as an individual in the creative and Development field. The company I work for says this in the perks of being an employee "All the learning you would need to start your own business one day" Located perfectly in the city center with a bright clean office.

      Can't see a very good place to work.

      Didn't release F&F. No Sick leave policy. Delayed salary payment. Unproffesional.

      Pros

      Only 12 leaves in a year no exception. No carry over of leaves. If you take more than 12 leaves in a year you will incur loss of pay. No professionalism.

      Cons

      Was laid off and company didn't release Full and Final settlement even after 60 days from last working day according to contract. Same happened with a colleague of mine. Helpless and disappointed.
