      Well equipped workplace, free food, gym on-site,

      Terrible management, strong nepotism in favor of russian employees, no regard for the clients, internal communication is a mess, do not listen to feedback from employees, poor english from management leads to some very unprofessional communication with clients in marketing material as well as emails, CEO has the english skills of a 5 year-old

      Hostile place to work

      -The job-salary relation is very bad, cs representatives have a lot of work and the pay is not even good -Training is very short and very poor -Management is hostile -The career opportunities are advertised as open for all, in reality is just for Russians -HR is distant and unhelpful

      Customer Support reps have a lot of work and the pay is not even good

      Cons

      They try to make changes all the time in order to avoid paying bonuses, which is about 40% of the salary. Challenging job: answering from 6 to 18 chats at all times (12+ hour shifts) Tutors and supervisor help as little as possible

You're right that our Support team has hard and challenging work tasks. But according to internal data all our employees after probation get bonuses. The bonus size might change depending on KPI results but the team creates a realistis KPI and helps employees via tutors. We do our best to make IQ Option the great place for work.
