Heavy reliance on relationships and informal networks instead of clear systems and accountability. This can make it hard to get decisions made or move work forward efficiently. Global integration is a stated goal, but in practice regions feel disconnected with uneven support and coordination. Many regions act as if they do not want to be part of a global team. Work-life balance is consistently a challenge, especially during peak project periods or major initiatives.
