1) Being a faculty in this place, you comes at the lowest ranking (even below security guards) they hold the power to humiliate you for anything like using a cab to enter on a rainy day and on their command you have to walk to the main area without an umbrella because they'll always say they have orders from higher authority. 2) for using any facility- mess, bus, even uniforms provided by Institute, you have to pay for it, facilities like these are given for free to faculties in other university
