      I dont see any, if you join You will spoil your life

      Cons

      No professionalism No payslips No clarity on salary - if you ask for it the management is after your life Management is influenced by PA and her Astrological aspects on the name of NGO - fraud is happening

      Pros

      You get to work on the most high-profile heritage conservation projects there are, and interact with the who's who of the field, even at the entry level. Management is typically very flexible and accommodating.

      Cons

      You have to deal with bureaucracy, and less than savoury HR. Its an NGO at the end of the day, so don't expect a mod-con equipped office either.
