Pros
-generally clean and nice office -decent equipment -fun moments with coworkers -the CEO is genuinely good person, although the magenta part of the company is not managed by him.
Cons
The cons are mostly for the "magenta" side of the company: -no benefits, only the salary -daily 9-10 hours of work is a the bare minimum, without compensation -outdated technologies -salary below average/average, promotion/raise is out of question
