      - VERY poor salaries and salary reviews - Poor management - Unclear goals and objectives - Too many 'friend of' in upper management that are really unqualified for the job.

      Pros

      There is plenty of traveling, pretty good hotels and good salaries.

      Cons

      The business model of this company is based on stealing money from brands, adding no value at all and getting perks to clients. Management does not care for middle management, working a lot of hours, super bad behavior especially from the CEO where every sales meeting makes bulling to their employees in front of the whole company. The company makes a lot of lot money avoiding paying taxes in some markets, requesting employees to travel with cash. It was a horrible experience.
