A true "Customer 1st" Technology Services Provider
Pros
After 22 years working at some of the largest technology companies in the world, it’s great to be at a place where I can walk directly into the CEO’s office, lay out exactly what a customer is looking for, and if it’s do-able, get the green light within minutes. No bloat, bureaucracy, or limitations. And speaking of customers, I love the fact that at IMPEX, relationships matter! Anyone who’s been in tech sales for larger organizations knows all too well that random account transitions, re-segmentations, etc., do a total disservice to customers. One of my biggest reasons for joining IMPEX was the opportunity to re-connect with customers I’ve known for 20+ years, knowing that IMPEX has the highest levels of technical capabilities and vendor partnerships to meet their needs.
Cons
IMPEX should be more name recognizable than it is, given the 27+ year history of continuous growth and high customer retention rate.
