This place is a pro for you only if you are joining as a student or a professor. If you are someone who loves their work-life balance and does not mind not growing in their career, this is the best place for you.

Cons

1. They will pay you in peanuts 2. No professionalism in work 3. Hiring process is almost as broken as the intellectual level of the people who are hiring 4. Most employees don't even know how to write an email or speak in basic English 5. Community formation in employees 6. No perk for employees hired on 3rd party 7. Most of the lower and mid level employees have no relevant qualification and it is a waste of time trying to explain something to them 8. A single task takes 100x the time it should take usually 9. Discrimination is widely prevalent
