Pros
The directors initially were very friendly and understanding, the culture was conducive.
Cons
The most unstructured organization, I have evr seen, you feel like you are working at local grocery shop where everything is person driven. No processes at all. Salaries were delayed right from the beginning to an extent where there were no salaries given for 6 months.
