      Pros

      - Work from home < but even this it depends on your line manager.

      Cons

      - DICTATORSHIP, NEPOTISM and FAVORITISM - Loads of politics and drama. Toxic culture (harassment and bullying) - Management knows all the problems but don't want to change - Not transparent about company strategy, product knowledge, people movements, etc. - Salary is NOT a competitor - Cheap and stingy budget. Trying to position themselves as open, innovative and tier one firm but act and treat employees worse than a tier 3 company - Reward the directors with more power and higher pay, and treat the junior level employees like crap. - Some really dishonest leaders in the company - HR sucks. Basically provide ZERO help and support.
