      The overseas management doesn't know much what was happening in clients' site but making decisions.

      Amazing people Despite my young age, my skills and experience have been acknowledged and initiatives encouraged

      Pros

      There are many opportunities to work on and learn about cutting edge technologies from within the country, my manager also encourages a culture of curiosity and openness. I am also treated as an equal despite my young age, in fact I argue that they expect more and hold me to a high regard because I am young which I really appreciate.

      Cons

      Human resource department is understaffed and outsourced so there are times where there will be slip ups and band-aid solutions. It is only recently that we switched to electronic pay-slips. I wish that we would increase the number of human resource employees and regularize those who have been working with us for quite some time instead of utilizing outsourced services
