None - it's an awful place to work and I and many others looking to leave. We only stay because we're desperate

Low pay, you get treated like children, literally chained to your desk and phone, self important team leaders, the list is endless

None at all - pointless company

Cons

Everything, no support from internal managers, nobody knows what they're doing, loads of management mistakes changing internal systems for them to go wrong. In 20 years employment never worked for such an awful company. Never keep promises and i doubt the business will be in place by the end of the year. Steer clear!!!!!
