- Great brand with a reputation in the industry and especially in Europe - Great people to work with, everyone feels the brand and their values - Learning opportunities in the palm of your hand

Cons

- Difficult to be promoted - Constant changes (in a good and bad way) - No bonus

Pros

It is an unorganized organization and there for lots of room for people that are self motivated and what a job where there is more focus on you potential than you skills.

Cons

Leadership is unqualified and are you are women you are likely to have sexist comments in 1:1 It is a use and abused organization. That will push people to work more that 60hours. Most people Quit as a result of stress and bound out.

It's like a cult - they think that if they tell you everything is wonderful and great, you will believe it. I won't, and the education does not live up to any industry standards. Students are basically left with online courses that you can buy for 249 SEK.
