Pros

Good people around you, lots of engagement activities. Good progression opportunities, majority of management came from within at agent level

Cons

Poor communication from senior leadership down. Lots of business changes and cuts going on in background with no context provided. Yearly salary review is always delayed and late, often with disappointing outcome. Managers pay gap between them and agents gets smaller and smaller.

Pros

- No issues with payslips - Easy system to book holidays

Cons

- Over management, if you are on a break for 16 minutes instead of 15 minutes, expect a warning from your manager. - Expectations of free labour. If you are working some campaigns (as they are outsourcer), you are expected to log on 15 minutes before your shift to set up and test all the systems. You don't get paid for this, and if you are not at the phone directly at start of shift due to setting up systems and running updates, you will get threatened to have your bonus stripped and your hours cut from your payslip. - Ignoring labour laws, part 2. Have an emergency medical appointment? You get an absence warning. Have a family death? You get an absence warning. Get hit by a car? Probably an absence warning too. Doesn't matter if you can provide evidence. If you have more than 3 or 5 absences, you will be fired. The company hide illegal acts under company policy, as if policy supercedes laws of the UK.

Pros

The salary is ok, until it's not

Cons

No work-life balance as shifts are 10hrs a day because apparently breaks are unpaid and don't count Working yourself to the bone and there's no recognition Monthly pay queries. Zero opportunities for growth. Instead of shutting down a campaign if client wants to leave, the company invents impossible targets and starts firing an average of 30 employees a month. Final payment will be incomplete and if you complain, they ignore you till you go away.
