Favoritism throughout the company. People in the 'circle' have no accountability. Very hierarchical. Working on projects is not cooperative but very order given/taken. Self-evaluation is a guessing game to figure out what they think your performance is, not what YOU think how you've performed. The management tries to create a positive culture but it's all say and no work. Everything culture-wise is fake. When hiring from outside, the management/HR claims to hire for ability, not years of experience; however, when promoting from within, they care about your years of experience, not your ability, when you are already doing the next level of work.
