Pros

The only pro of working with the company is that one gets CUA and CXA certifications.

Cons

The company will lock new employees into unfair contracts. This begin with the offer letter which in many cases, contains a clause that if one accepts the letter and does not join, he/she is legally liable to pay 5% of the CTC. Employees are setup for failure by poor scoping and project management. The processes which the taught during certifications are disregarded on internal projects. The company attracts employees by international assignments, however they do not disclose the facts that many of them are sent to work on business visas, which is not an acceptable practice. There has been cases where employees were stranded in foriegn countries without proper visas. Favouritism and Politics is encouraged by the management. You could get kicked out anytime. Even after one has quit the company, the company will delay full and final settlements. They expect ex-employees to beg for their hard earned dues.

Pros

Top notch co-workers. A team who tried desperately to make this company successful despite the repeated poor decisions of the CEO.

Cons

CEO believes he is the only person who has knowledge. Company has no money yet wastes what little they do have because CEO has no business sense..at all. Company was filled with bright, loyal, strong, hard working people who the CEO decided on a whim were no longer relevant or necessary. In addition, CEO has not paid wages owed to employees he terminated (well, he didn't actually terminate them he had to be a coward and have someone else do the actual termination). While the ship is sinking fast, the CEO still continues to make decisions which will eventually put HFI out of business. STAY CLEAR!

Pros

A certification program that is good for people who are early in their careers and can benefit from this program.

Cons

The company lives in the past glory and has no vision about the future. People are highly dispensable at all levels and scum has moved to the top. Expect a lot of politics.
