      - Flexible working hours - Nice Team

      Cons

      - Complicated Leadership - Selling EAP & OCS, but lack of sense to support their staff - The CEO always changes his mind, asking to promote the product by traditional ways.

      You'll get to work with decision-making levels in the HR space. Generally established firm with some good account management processes in place Great salary and work life balance.

      Cons

      CEO may be biased towards certain staff and doesn't really take well to suggestions. Very smart and tactful guy, but expects that his way is the only and right way.
