      Pros

      Everyone at Huggg is welcoming, hard working and so invested in making the company's success. Lots of flexibility - I work from home but have access to a shared workspace when I want to see people. Our regular meet ups mean we get to know each other really well and management are very supportive of our development. I've worked for Huggg for 2.5 years and love it here.

      Cons

      I can't think of any. If you like working in the office with your peers it's not for you as we do work remotely.

      Hard work, but fulfilling, fun and transparent

      Pros

      - The team, it's full of high performers but more importantly, good people to be around - The product, it's interesting, always improving and loved by customers. Good things to have when you work in sales - CEO is transparent about performance, numbers and direction. When things aren't going to plan, this might not be for everyone but I'd rather this, having worked in businesses where you don't fully trust what managers/directors say

      Cons

      - It's a startup so can be a bit chop and changey. I prefer this than rigidity, though - It's quite a frugal business - no massive budgets, but you can get tools/resources that have clear ROI
