- High turnover rate (Management team and Consultants); - Not competitive commission scheme; - Keep losing PSL with MNCs; rare chance to change legal terms; - Outdated database with a lot of fake/duplicated data - Hard to get salary increment - Small circles, more Chinese than Gweilo
