      Pros

      A supportive and collaborative team, very employee-driven, and lots of opportunities for growth. Management is the best I've ever worked for. No micro-managing and great incentives.

      Cons

      Repetitious work, the potential to be abused by customers due to issues that could be prevented. Working remotely means missing out on some of the office culture and perks (Free lunches, team gatherings)
