Pros

Colleagues are really awesome, nice, helpful and i would rate them 200 over 10

Cons

Get ready to the most exciting job ever! As an adminstrative executive, your job is to clear the trash daily, washing cups everyday until the once a week cleaner arrive to save you cause apparently, people there are so spoilt that they don't know how to wash their own cups. The most exciting part of the day starts at 5.50pm, where you will most likely be called to meetings at 6pm, usually ends around 8.30pm-9pm or later for almost everyday. Important requirement to be able to know how to read minds so that when you follow instructions, you will not be questioned for not being creative enough and when you try to have your own ideas, questioned about not following instructions fully. Based on what I saw with my own eyes. We were in a meeting room, (with the boss at one end and my manager sitting on his left hand side and the other lady on the right hand side. I was seated beside my manager, of course. We were having meeting and it was near lunch time soon. So, while my boss is talking, my manager slides her phone to the lady opposite her RIGHT INFRONT of the eyes of my boss. Natural reaction is to catch the phone right? At this point of time, he turns over to the lady on his right, scolded her of playing phone when he is talking. Erm? So obvious enough, I guess I don't need to elaborate more. Those who wants to apply jobs here please read the review before deciding. All the best!

Thanks for sharing your feedback with Hubble. We have taken them in and are constantly improving ourselves as a company. Meetings are fixed within official work hours to prioritize our employee's time and there is a clear policy where everyone has to take ownership for their own belongings in the office. We have also since implemented further initiatives to show appreciation for our employees. Appreciate your feedback and we wish you all the best in your career.

Micromanagement and a lot of minute writing

Pros

best colleagues i love you guys 3000 (Opfert eure Herzen!)

Cons

- 830 daily standup is stressful, feels like daily shootout - insanely crazy last minute ropes into meetings and expected to write minutes without context - priorities shift like changing underwear and suddenly everything is urgent; worst is a new item becomes so "urgent" because of its potential profit that you get micromanaged down to every 15-30min interval - expect working from home to be longer hours and more stressful than working at office
