- open collaborative team environment - people are very positive and supportive - good mentor program for newly onboarded team members and interns

- sometimes the work flow seemed like it could have been better organized to improve efficiency of project development - I felt my work as a service agent required no skill...

SO much office politics. Market for product was very limited.
