Pros

One of my mentors is incredibly supportive. She dedicates her own time to teaching us, even though it's not part of her performance evaluation. In contrast, other mentors seem less concerned with training and focus solely on pressuring us to meet KPIs.

Cons

company seems focused on exploiting cheap student labor for those labor-intensive tasks tasks. They show little regard for the interns' workload, leading to an extremely high turnover rate. Since they invest zero capital in training, they don't seem to care when people leave.
