      very nice colleague here and work balance culture. Company always trying to have communication way among departments.

      Cons

      some senior works subjective but there is good one as well.

      Pros

      The company culture is warm and fantastic. Nice people around, co-operative. Great leadership team, open-minded, receptive to new ideas, have foresight and progressive. A different online travel agent in the market which offers more than just hotel booking, but would value the customers. Lots of potential in this company.

      Cons

      Still on the way to learn about market dynamics in Asia. But the whole company is learning fast. The China team needs to be strengthened.

      Pros

      The company has clear vision and strategies to get there which is very compelling. Maintaining a healthy work/life balance is encouraged. Managment is very supportive. There is free online training available in a number of subjects. All the staff a very friendly, hard working and supportive. There are people from all corners of the world, it's very multi cultural which creates a dynamic working environment.

      Cons

      Senior leadership could be more clear, transparent and open with communication. Senior leadership is not truly cognisant of the resource and technology constraints and their impact on progress and potential growth. Potential career growth is unclear.
