Pros

Hostaway is growing very fast! This created opportunities for me to get experience and exposure to things that were unavailable to me in other jobs I've had. I also got stock options that provided me with a nice payday that allowed me to branch out on my own and seek a new personal opportunity.

Cons

Hostaway is growing very fast! As a result nothing is stagnant. If you are looking for a slower paced, lower pressure job then Hostaway is not for you.
