Pay scale is not appropriate for job expectations, heavy case loads, inadequate staffing, inconsistent and constantly changing management, not a great work environment for someone that is not Christian, cannot retain nurses
Positive atmosphere with co-workers & open door concept to talk to managers during the work week.
Cons
During weekends supervisors or managers, not readily available to answer questions for situations. They don't always answer the phone or call back; making it stressful, because family & patients depending on you for answers.
