Pros

Good training ground for fresh, or if you want to train to be multi-tasker. Really super multi-tasker.

Cons

People who talk spins are valued more than people who actually doing the work. People who create so many issues to the systems or projects are rewarded more than people who take every care to prevent issues from beginning. People who work hard are compensated more than people who work smart. Most importantly, remember to be best friend with your superiors so that you are next for promotion.

Almost No Bonuses and weird team composition

- FG best place for learn lol - Onsite

Cons

- Management set unrealistic KPI - Weird management between Indonesia and Malaysia - HQ employee get everything better. - A lot PM cant do his/her work - Salary review not objective - As programmer we forced to tracking our attendance and you not allowed to go home on time.

Pros

Many opportunities because you do everything. don't make mistake, u did 10 tasks perfectly, 1 task did wrongly. then your whole career here gone, because bosses will remember your mistake until u buried in soil.

Cons

Workload overload for high performer. If u r high performer, your boss will throw everything to u without considering what task u currently have on hand. Too many BCs in a team and too few techs. You can notice most BCs free most of the time and come in late (late mean >10am) almost everyday. sometimes when bank user asking for defect clarification, BC don't even want to try to simulate/clarify/defend the logged issue but directly route to tech team and ask to check and fix. Please control quality of BCs. Dear BCs don't even know what's going on to the system. I mean mostly, not all. 99% perhaps.
