The people at the lower levels are cool and generally know what they're doing.
Cons
The company and higher-ups are all NFT/AI-obsessed and aren't interested in making good games.

Pros
Loads of freedom, you can basically do whatever you want if you feel like you can accomplish it on time. Small team, good culture. Compensation is great for full time.
Cons
While there's a great team spirit here, the company would benefit from bringing in more experienced professionals for both training and direct contributions. The workload can feel overwhelming at times due to understaffing.
