Cons
Management is horrible. Pay is so low and have to deal with individuals who can be violent at times but management expects you to stay stressed and receive lower pay then you would at Taco Bell or Walmart. Everyone quits so you have to work over and no promotions if you are entry level. HR doesn’t care and you have to jump through hoops to reach out.
You get to help some of the most at risk people.
You meet lots of new people.
Cons
Management not willing to pay a fair wage.
Management doesn't recognize hard work.
Management keeps asking us to go above and beyond without any reward for good performance.
Over worked, under paid.
