A lot of freedom to build your business without the restrictions and roadblocks that you would typically encounter working for a large corporate payroll/HCM company. It's definitely more for the sales professional who has a personality that is more entrepreneurial. The full HCM product suite is solid. The software has been recognized nationally for it's quality by independent research groups and has even won several awards. CEO/Founder is still very involved in the business and is very accessible if you need help, have feedback or want to share an idea.
Cons
Not as many resources as you would have at a larger company. HigherUp has started to scale the organization over the past several years and there has been some growing pains along with way.
