Pros

Work from home options if you have the right manager, the kids/scholars are awesome - it has the potential to be a great program.

Cons

Upper management is clueless, turn over is extremely high. Your job description will change daily which turns into unrealistic deliverable. Spot bonuses are reserved for the "in crowd" as are promotions. By the time the scholars are introduced to curriculum it's too late because they spend most of the year focused on "culture" and behavior. They boast a 90% graduation rate, yet most of the kids in the program are already passing students anyway. There are no real workplace systems in place and it appears as if there is a lot of money mismanagement. The "culture" they boast doesn't include the population they serve which means they are setting kids/scholars up for failure.
