Absolutely terrible communication from Management. The place is flipped upside down every few months with no reasoning.. Or at least nothing communicated. Management only shows their face when something is wrong, there is never just a friendly " Good Morning " or " Great Job Today".. The come out of the office to belittle team members when something is done wrong.. They offer a bonus, but again there is no transparency on goals or when bonus would be paid if they even pay out. Team members are told that they are working temporary overtime but have been working overtime for over a year every single week with no end in sight. Nobody is held accountable, and when they are they run to HR and the same old thing keeps happening over and over.

Very stressful, long hours, numbers and revenue are more important than the employee, constantly changing rules and code of conduct
