Inferior career opportunities, OutSystems wannabes, developers say terrible things about other companies (mainly companies that work with the same software in front-end), the company manager thinks he can buy people who are in lower positions than him, a worker needs a thousand requirements to enter the company, there are no flexible hours even if the company says so, a worker has no reason to stay in the company earning the same when you can go to a rival company to make 2 or 3x as much.
