I worked a lot of years at Hexion, saved and helped make them a lot of money through innovation, and long hours. 5 years ago this was a company that rewarded that, this company is now a shell of itself. Many good people were let go, and many more I've talked to are looking to leave. This company is bleeding. 70% of profits are going to paying the interest of the debt. The whole business is for sale. If you want insecurity about your future, a company that hasn't matched 401Ks or given decent raises in 3 years, and a company that is steadily losing its identity and values work here. Gone are the good old days of Borden/ Hexion

In Australia there is a Boys Club culture at management level & bullying & harassment by top management is allowed with no action taken by Human Resource Department. There is no active recruitment or promotion of females to management positions in Australia. At least 8 people who have held Management Positions have had their employment terminated in the last 3 years.
