Pros
New fully loaded trucks. When things go smoothly work is good. Poor mgmt unprepared to solve simple problems.
Cons
Cannot trust company to take care of you in the event of emergencies requiring a hotel or transportation. No weekend/after hours support. They answer phone but arent empowered to make decisions. No electronic paystubs. They are mailed to you despite being over the road. Terrible at reimbursements and resolving payroll errors. Very Expensive insurance. Dispatchers wont communicate. Poor listeners. Loss of contracts. No warning to drivers when contract ended.
