Poor pay, poor management, poor implementation of systems, very low moral. I think the owners must be looking to sell.

It's an "ok" place to work.

Pros

Competitive pay, with occasional bonuses. Time and half when having to work the last Saturday of the month for month end.

Cons

Cannot book any time off in March and September and any week leading to end month. Managers will support their favourite staff while those who are not they while chastise with very little support.
