There are loads, but to name a few:
Took away bonuses in order to raise pay by pennies. However, management still get their bonuses for the shop making profit despite the shop staff being the ones who stock the shelves, serve customers, upsell, etc...
Only give you your rota a couple of days in advance despite managers being told to have them up 2/3 weeks in advance.
Your years holidays have to be booked in January so you have no flexibility in last minute plans or matching up with friends/family.
Management make you work beyond your remit in order for them to get the results that they can use to impress their bosses, and don't give you credit. To reiterate, management get bonuses for the shop making profit, not the shop staff who stock the shelves, serve customers, upsell, etc...
Management do not care about your wellbeing as a staff member e.g. if you take mental health leave you will be seen as a burden to the store.
