Pros

Great benefits, comfortable office environment, and fun company events throughout the year. The people are supportive, professional, and enjoyable to work with, which creates a positive day-to-day atmosphere. The management is quite transparent, so it's easy to understand what you're working for.

Cons

I didn't find the product(s) very appealing, and I'm not sure it can make the change it claims it does.

Pros

Here’s a polished positive-only paragraph you can paste into Glassdoor: The company has a strong, mission-driven culture with a clear focus on improving members’ lives, and that purpose shows up in day-to-day work. There’s a genuine emphasis on ownership, impact, and data-driven decision-making, which makes the work both meaningful and intellectually engaging. The push toward becoming an AI-first organization is exciting and signals a forward-thinking mindset, with real opportunities to innovate and shape the future of the product. Teams are collaborative, supportive, and full of talented people who care deeply about outcomes, and leadership is invested in growth and continuous improvement. Overall, it’s an environment where you can learn quickly, contribute meaningfully, and feel connected to the broader mission.

Cons

Nothing - a great company to work at.
