They use outdated software tools, because of cost reduction. - The lack of constant workload leads either to overtime or lack of activity periods. - They have a very aggressive retention policy. They have secret no-touch agreements with many companies, which they like very much to apply.

Germany micromanages everyone to the point where it doesn't even make sense that the US has any managers at all. Some of the senior leadership team is morally bankrupt.
