Disorganised management, clinically compromised operations, refuses to listen to staff concerns around poor staffing, a philosophy that rather than improve or address issues they simply Fire senior staff and hire a new one and think that might resolve the matter , tend to like to find scapegoats rather than look at company inadequacies, lack of governance, no real understanding of how to staff hospitals, look to the lowest and cheapest cost to do anything, lack of insight into how to be innovate or responsive to concerns, massive staff turnover
